The Slocan Valley Community Arts Council is currently in the process of re-vamping and improving our member grants program. We anticipate that the 2020 application forms will be available in March of 2020, with cheques for successful applicants being presented at the AGM in May 2020.
This change in timing and process will allow us to better align our funding obligations with our fiscal year, and to provide more thorough guidelines for applicants.
Individual artists can also apply for funding through the Columbia Kootenay Cultural Alliance. They have funding available once a year, with March 1st and 15th deadlines. Applications are available through their website. For more information visit: http://basinculture.com.
