Peggy Frith – Good Pottery
Good Pottery is a teaching studio and gallery at Fabulous Farm in Appledale, a community of artists and gardeners. Peggy Frith is a visual artist, natural builder/designer and cat lady. Formally trained in Fine Arts at Mount Allison University, NSCAD and ceramics programs at both the College of the Redwoods and Kootenay Studio Arts at Selkirk College, she also apprenticed all over North America with all of the grandparents of the natural building movement to learn her trade. She has been combining her skills with sculpture, design and colour into clay plasters, paints and sculpted walls of her buildings and pottery- all covered in ghosts, rabbits, cats, unicorns and yetis since 1994.
